If for the same hotel you find at the same dates a better price, contact us within the 24 hours following your booking and we will credit you the difference. This guarantee applies to prepaid reservations only.
Guarantee policy:
- Your booking should have been made online.
- You have to fill the form within the 24 hours following the booking (as attested by the time on the booking confirmation) and 72 hours before your scheduled arrival at the hotel.
- The claim should be based on an equivalent type of rooms and stay, in the same hotel, with the same services as those provided by maroc-emotions.com, and for the same dates.
- The equivalent type of room must be available on another web site at the time of claim. Are not taken into account rooms in demand of availability.
- The better price room should not be object of a promotion, a price reduction due to a fidelity program, or being part of a travel package.
- This guarantee applies to individuals reservations only.
If all those conditions above are satisfied, submit the claim form within the 24 hours following your booking.
If your claim meets all the conditions of application, we will credit the difference on the credit card used during the booking process.
Should you wish to cancel the reservation made on maroc-emotions.com, the sales conditions applicable are those stated in the cancellation policy of the hotel.
